Global HR Admin Manager
Emerging Travel Group is looking for an experienced Global HR Admin Manager to join our Human Capital Department. You will be able to have a unique experience – to take part in various international employment projects (we hire people from all over the world – USA, DACH, EU, CIS, GCC, APAC, LATAM regions).

Job responsibilities
- Process full employee’s “life cycle” (administrate hirings, rotations, terminations in part of document provision and labor legislation compliance).
- Manage visa migration process in required locations.
- Explore new employment locations (provide inputs for Recruitment to decide what conditions to propose for new candidates: contract type, probation period, local C&B practices, etc).
- Communicate with partners (Employer of records, Payroll and visa support providers) on various of employment issues.
- Manage problem-solving cases.
- Participate in launching of new ETG legal entities (search and cooperate with providers to set up local payroll and employment docs base).
- Provide basic payroll support (deal with salary deadlines and invoices).
- Work with cross-functional teams in regards of non-standard employment cases (in part of labor legislation, payment scheme,best employment and termination solution).
- Take part in projects of automatization.
Key qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR administration in international environment.
- Labour legislation compliance expertise in work with HR documents.
- Expertise of managing employee’s full “life cycle.”
- Ability to orient in new situations and solve non-standard cases, propose decisions, initiate improvements in processes, efficiently communicate on different levels.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
