  • Global Steps Challenge: anyone can assemble a team and track steps — walking indoors or out, including on a treadmill. The top 3 teams will get a reward.
  • Individual Running and Cycling Challenges: anyone who is ready to go the extra mile can also participate in individual activities! The top 5 participants in each activity will get a reward.
